Mit started towards Nel, but stopped. She, too, recognized the scent of a Wraith and a human. She looked at the albino woman, then at the exit of the chapel, then back to Toby. It was obvious that the approaching distraction was much more interesting to her than the young woman before her. More challenge, more power... And she promptly responded to her master all of this with a low groan, almost like a whine.
She was uncertain of which to do. Though she usually wanted to obey Toby, she was still fairly wild. The ties that bonded them were more protection and affection than domination and submission, thus allowing her some leeway. She knew good and well Toby was in no danger from the human, and the other prey sounded so... tempting.
After a second of half-witted deliberation, the Cruor ran off at lightening speed, out of the chapel, towards her new query.
(ooc: I have to go for a little bit so I figured this would be the easiest way. Go ahead without me. Mit and Robin will return within an hour or so. ^_^)

Nel breathed a great sigh of releif as the hulking cruor hurtled off out of the chapel towards some other threat.
She now at least had some chance in hell of getting out of her. Lifting the rifle she acted as fast as she could, and released a shot straight for the vesper's head, hoping to eliminate it...or at least incapacitate it.

Toby watched Mit leave and sighed. He didn't chase after her, deciding he would reprimand his pet later if the Wraith didn't do too much damage to her...and the Wraith better not. No one touched his Cruor without punishment. He looked back toward the human at the sound of a gunshot and moved quickly, his head dodging the bullet though it catching him in the shoulder still. He grabbed his shoulder and hissed quickly, fangs shining brightly even in the dark room.
"You'll pay for that human," he growled before he lunged for the human quickly.

It was quite an amusing feat, the clamor up and down these shattered walls, little Annabelle had long since figured this out when she braced her small palms and broken plaster and brick. With a spur of will and strength, and given ability, Annabelle scaled the tall stationed chapel and even dared to reach the top as she scanned over Phantom Hill with those pair of glistening amber eyes. As Hirudos went she could very well such her footfalls and shifting hands, slender -still shaping- digits ghosted over broken glass when she perched herself near the chapel’s highest peak. Annabelle could have passed for near human, but venom induced fangs kept her from possibly gaining potential companions, well aside from Charles and Summer. She bore an open smile, pale lips pulling back only slightly to smirk, hair kept on the long side she had the habit of plastering the brown mass up in a messy assortment of slight waves and plaited strands filtered over her face. Annabelle was well kept, if not well fed with the constant yet depleting supply of humans, she could smell one now and she was curious, too curious for a Hirudos safety- Vespers usually uncurled their strong wings around the night and right now Annabelle was risking exposure by playing out during the night, as Summer would often scold her for. Her given care takers were an interesting pair of Ictus, and she couldn’t really say what they exactly looked like. While Charles loved to change shape and face Summer usually remained the same, in fact her given appearance was the same since nearly seven months ago after she ripped open the neck of a human., female, youth. And now as she thought about it, where was Charles and Summer, normally the pair never left Annabelle alone. Unless they were distracted by others of blood lines and dynasties. This caused Annabelle to panic, her amber eyes flickering around when various presences pressed down on her thin shoulders, Vesper, Cruor, wraith and another human. Her gut twisted at the thought, so many vampires lurking in the blackened shadows now. Annabelle peered through a shattered window to see the vesper and Cruor and with a hushed sound she slipped on through and hushed her foot falls when she slunk around amongst the rafters.
-x-
“Bloody hell,” chirped a musical, singer like voice. The maker of this outburst stumbled forward and long, slender limbs and brought nimble fingers to her brow as she glanced up towards the chapel. Bits of white hair with gaudy scarlet streaks swept into her hair as another vampire slid to her side. Both Ictus shared soft glances, eyes that were relatively not their own and faces that bore human like attributes that were displaced and of course, stolen. Charles was the first to move, following behind an impervious wraith and his charge, being mindful of a horses sense of impeding doom. The chapel was riddled with scents, Vesper, Cruor, human alike and of course a young little Hirudos that they were currently after; Summer would admit to being slightly worried about Annabelle, but that was only because she was such a young… venomous… dangerous little vampire that they had known for so long. Summer followed after Charles, staying within shadows, while they didn’t have the stealth and silence of a Hirudos, the duo of Ictus were a force to be reckoned with. They both slid past the wraith, deciding to worry over him and his human later, Summer was careful to dodge that rampaging Cruor but Charles lingered behind, using swift hand gestures for her to head to the chapel regardless. With a small salute Summer made passage to the church, stopping close enough to hear the released shot of a rifle and she froze on spot, watching a small vesper attack the human.

Nel was flung back by the impact of the vesper's attack, the velocity seeming to make up for his small stature.
She hit the bare floor, pretty hard, finding herself kissing dusty wooden floorboards, the fall splitting her bottom lip and casing blood to bloom out, down her chin and jaw. She grasped her hand over it, grimacing and trying to brace herself for the creature's next movement.

Toby stayed on top of her tightly, keeping her pinned down from where he sat on her back. He took in a deep breath, smelling her blood and smiling.
"Damn you smell good," he said quietly before looking up quickly at the two Ictus' who entered the room and noticing he smelled a Hirudos as well. He growled some. Spoiling his fun...something was always spoiling his fun. "Get lost," he hissed quickly at the two, not wanting to be bothered with his meal.

Gods she smelled sweet, so much in fact Annabelle couldn’t resist, she leapt down from her previous hiding spot among the rafters, landing precisely on her small limbs and grinning maliciously. Amber eyes gleaming and peering through long bangs; Annabelle slunk forward slightly, coming close to the Vesper and his prey. Slaves to the given smell, Summer inhaled sharply and covered her mouth and nostrils, trying to mask the stench with her smothering hand. Only Annabelle seemed to really care for the thought of getting more blood into her undead system, her venomous fangs exposed when she gaped her lips to draw out her tongue and snake it over her lips as she spoke, keeping her voice low. “Don’t be stingy brat.” She spat out without realizing she was possibly only a little bit older than him -possibly not even a year or two-, and brushed slight waving tresses from her heart-shaped visage.

Nel twisted her head around in the vesper's grip, catching sight of the other figure creeping towards, the glistening fangs the sure sign of a hirudo. Where were all these coming from? This was practically ridiculous...
She bit down on her lip and did her best to suck all the blood off it, hoping to try and reduce the scent...at the very least she could prevent anything else from smelling it and coming in that direction.

The door to the chapel flew off of its hinges and Robin appeared atop his noble steed. He jumped from the horse and stood before the congregation, arms at his hips, a gunnysack clasped in his hand. A human followed slowly, carefully, hiding behind his master. "M-Master? Don't you think w-we should come back later?"
The Wraith laughed aloud, it was a bright chuckle, full of practiced glee. He was a tall creature, thin and well-shaped. He wore a pair of green leggings, a green shirt, and a green fedora with a long red feather that hung down to the center of his back. "Nonsense, Little John! The fun's just begun!" He eyed the human girl, the two Ictus', the Vesper, and... Oh, my. A hirudo? "I am Robin Hood!" he announced loudly, his voice chiming off the walls like a bell. "And I demand you release Maid Marian. IMMEDIATELY!" He pointed to Toby ominously. "Or else you'll end up like your pet."
Robin threw the sack towards the young looking vampire with a grin. The human behind him began to tug on his sleeve. "Master? Don't you think--"
"Robin!" The vampire interrupted. "My name is Robin Hood! Not master, Little John."
The human looked towards the group apologetically. "I'm s-sorry to interrupt you all," he said. "M- Robin Hood is... well, not feeling too good. We were actually about to leave..." He began to tug on the vampire's sleeve in a desperate attempt to escape. He knew that, despite Robin's implications, there was nothing in the gunnysack but a bunch of rocks. He didn't want to get caught in this trouble.

Toby glared quickly at Annabelle, hissing some. Who the hell did they think they were? Messing with him and his kill.
"Back off she's mine!" Toby hissed before looking up toward the Wraith as he stormed in. He raised a brow at him though. Robin Hood? Wasn't that a fairy tale? Toby finally decided the man probably had more then one screw loose in his head before his eyes narrowed on Robin, hearing the mention of Toby's pet.
"What the hell did you do to Mit?" he asked quickly, straightening up and getting off of Nel as he did. "Where is my Curor?" Even the thought of Mit being hurt made the sweetest smells like Nel smell awful. He needed to know that Mit was safe, and now he needed to know it now.

Nel took the initiative and scrambled to her feet, trying to use the chaos to her advantage. Looking for the nearest exist, she sprang for one of the low windows, pulling herself up onto the ledge, cursing as her hands closed in the jagged remnants of the glass. Well....better sliced hands than sliced neck.

Oh hell no.
Annabelle wasn’t going to get the little scrumptious human away that easily, her amber eyes narrowed when she coiled her body taut like a spring, hands braced to the floor she growled -loudly- to herself in adept hunger and need. She’d get that human girl, she had to, that blood was imprinted to her sense and brain, blood here was so scarce and it was rare to have little morsels like the youth around. Annabelle didn’t want to take any chances and letting the meal pass up. So with a grin, cast of glance of her eyes, and a slight twitch to her body she shot off after the girl.
Only to me intercepted by none other than Charles.
While they loved Annabelle greatly if did not stop the Ictus from slamming her down with his palm, open, on the little Hirudos’s back. This was Summer’s cue to go ahead, or it would have been if not for the Wraiths sudden interference among the scene. She leapt out of his way, white and streaked tresses falling in her red eyes when she landed a few paces back, somewhat off to the side of the little Vesper. A long plait fell down her slender back from her kept, usual short and wild, main hair style, swaying past her hips as she turned, quickly, to remain on guard from this Robin Hood character. Just who the hell was he?

Robin laughed triumphantly. "I've chopped off her head!" he explained. "It's here, in that bag I threw." The human called Little John hid his face in his hands as Robin Hood continued. "And now, I've come to take my bride!" With lightening speed he was at Nel's side.
"Maid Marian! I've been looking all over the place for you!" He reached in the pocket of his shirt and pulled out a broken and dead lily, then extended it to her. He dropped it immediately as his face adopted a look of horror. "Marian! You're a lot paler than when I saw you last! Have you been sick?" He looked genuinely worried, and didn't even seem to notice the blood on her hands.
The human slunk towards his master, careful to avoid the other vampires in the area. For a second, John contemplated apologizing to Toby, but he knew that it would be foolish. He took his place behind his master and stayed there, hoping to be ignored.

Toby stared at the back for a moment, not sure whether he wanted to open it or not. He growled some as he glared up at the Wraith, not minding that he was continuing to lose blood from the wound in his shoulder. His eyes narrowed on the Wraith...that crazy Wraith. He would kill him for touching his Cruor, and if he couldn't. He'd make sure to put him out for a good century or too.
"Bastard," he hissed quickly before lunging at Robin quickly and swiftly, not caring who all he hit in the process but just wanting for Robin to pay.

Nel perched on the edge of the window ledge, a look of total bemusement crossing her pale features as she tried to work out whether to object, agree, or smash this lunatic on the head with the butt of her rifle. As the figure looked to be a wraith, it was probably a good idea not to upset him, particularly with all the vampires about. "Er...I'm sorry..I'm not quite sure what you mean..." she replied, trying not to aggravate the clearly unhinged wraith.
